EUR Balance Stuck on Binance

My EUR balance is stuck in my Binance account and I can't withdraw it to my bank account, convert it to another cryptocurrency, or use it for purchases with my Binance VISA Card. I technically have 6k EUR stuck there that I can't access. I've already contacted Binance support, but they're simply copy-pasting answers and not resolving my issues.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

I have the same problem. I got the email from Binance saying that I should convert or withdraw my EUR balance as they no longer support it or whatever but when I go to my funding wallet I cannot do anything with the remaining EUR. Luckily I only have under 5e there but still, it is the principle. This should not be allowed. I really hope you somehow get to your money.

I thought the whole point of crypto was that you didn't have to rely on some shadowy 3rd party to hold your funds for you?

That said I hope you get your funds back. Try again in a week; if no luck, a month; all else fails, thanks for playing.

Maybe ask to speak to a manager? Contact your regulator's office to ask for advice or verbage?

Thanks for your suggestions. The problem isn't with crypto, it's with fiat (EUR), all other assets can be transferred/converted.
