Randomness in Programming (With Go Code) (opens in new tab)

As I was playing Monopoly Go (and somewhat enjoying it), it would benefit the app developer and end-users if companies certified whether dice rolls and other 'luck of the draw' virtual items are based on industry accepted randomizers.
