FOSS CRM for Small Business

What CRM do HN users use for small one person startup.

Small service business with many small cases. Ease of use and FOSS is priority. User is a non-tech person. Amateur tech person (me) will set it up. User uses windows, google sheets and mailchimp for now. looked into:

    Vtiger CRM
    SuiteCRM
    OroCRM
    EspoCRM
    CiviCRM
    Odoo CRM
    ERPNext CRM
    Perfex CRM
    KayinCRM
    OpenCRX
    OpenERP
    SugarCRM Community Edition

They all seem a bit overkill for this.

Is foss a priority for you or the costomer?

Unless you plan to make a ton customizations, a hosted solution is in the best interests of your customer.

both. I would like to store their data privatly. And also for my friend who i am setting it up for. We live in a low salary country and need free solutions to make it work.
