They actually have staff and lobbyists who write these things, the president just signs it off.

No country should be run by people past the age of retirement. This has nothing to do with Biden's qualifications.

It’s becoming more than just retirement age. I found his recent 60 Minutes interview difficult to watch. I would not want an elderly loved one out there like that.
