Currently doesn't seem to affect logged out users. So I just logged out.

One of my PCs never had an account and the ad blocker no longer works. My other PC appears to be logged into my throwaway account and the most I ever saw one message about blocking.

This explains why I haven't seen the popup yet. I'm logged out on FF, logged in on Chrome (I have premium), but do all casual YT viewing in FF.

uMatrix breaks so much across the entire internet that I feel like it has an effect here. But I haven't done any tests to confirm that.
