Show HN: LemonSpeak – I created a Podcast Copilot that generates content for you (opens in new tab)

The app is very simple from a user perspective. You upload a podcast, specify the language and the names of the speakers and click start. Then you get a diarized transcript with VTT, show notes, summary, SEO-optimised titles, tweets and a blog post.

It's not just a GPT wrapper, though. The architecture behind it is more complex because I have long running tasks (speaker diarization) that require GPU and that I have to queue, audio file preparation, token limitations, and I also want to ensure a high degree of quality to have a certain level of style and reproducibility. I only offer English and German because I can control the quality.

My headline is "Grow Your Podcast Right" rather than "Copilot" because I think that's what podcasters struggle with the most and what they're looking for.

I've been working on this app for seven months. I'm not good at marketing though. I've tried building in public, but that's not really my style. Wish I could grow it better.
