Ask HN: Heroku-like platform with Webservices support?

I'm looking for a PaaS platform ala Heroku that lets me deploy SBT web projects (Play Framework 2.0 + Scala) and supports Webservices.

AFAIK Heroku's cedar architecture doesn't support them, yet.

Any suggestion? Thanks a million!
