No. Stopped working about two months ago on my iPhone and MacOS systems. Doesn't matter if Chrome or Safari, DNS 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 or ISP default DNS.

iCloud private relay will do this too. Check that you haven’t got that enabled and that you’re using an upstream DNS provider other than 1.1.1.1.

Have had private relay disabled for many months (just doublechecked). It broke a lot of sites.
