I saw this link earlier and ended up tl;dr it because the preface is so long.

Just ship the preface. Now that I am reading the content I find it interesting.

It's hard to navigate in the web view because chapter headings are difficult to see. Just skip to 'One: Reward and Punishment Superresponse Tendency'
