I've gone on interviews for about a month, and many of them panel interviews.

The panel interviews sometimes get back right away, but just got done another yesterday and I havent heard one way or the other..?

Curious on others recent experiences

Getting an offer through the pipeline this time of year is very difficult. Everyone is leaving for holidays in random patterns and trying to get approvals and signoffs is hard.

hmm, if that is the case - why would companies be having me do 5 rounds each with 1-2 people on each round?

Because not all of them are in the office at the same time. And they're disorganized. And probably asking you the same questions over and over, right?

That should be a huge factor in your decision.
