Fantastic work! I would recommend making the "100% Organic" filter more prominent, and simplifying the brand profile page styling. It was a little difficult to read through the text on the brand profile page because there are 8 different text styles in the same section. At first glance, I thought that none of the brands had websites, just social media. Also, I assume that you're adding this later but it would cool to have more granular filters for each main filter (e.g. wool without muelsing, product country of manufacture). Best of luck!

I tried to look into some of the brands and their importing...

supply-chain-plastics need to be evaluated.

On point #2, the mission (https://www.plasticfreeindex.com/about) is to focus on plastic's impact on human health not environmental. Although I agree the impact of plastics on the planet is important, I want to bring awareness to the major impact it is having on humans.

This is fantastic! After reading the story of stuff it’s so clear the earth needs to use compostable materials in as many things as possible.

Big fan of Ibex and Arms of Andes. Hoping to try out Iron Roots and Appalachian Gear Company soon.

As a vegan for both ethical and environmental reasons, it's so hard to find clothes that are plastic free, animal free and also durable. I see you highlight some brands as being plant based so I really commend this effort. Thank you!

Right now there is no affiliates or monetization etc. I just found myself in the same position as you and wanted to offer what I learned to others.

Just sharing the project with people would be much appreciated... As well as submitting any brands I may have missed.

What are the standards for plastic-free? I suspect almost every piece of clothing with zippers is using nylon thread and backing, as well as plastic materials tags.

In our case it means 100% plastic free. It's much harder, but it can be done. For example: https://mover.eu/products/merino-techfleece-jacket

That's commitment! To add on this, I've seen companies use natural materials such as coconut and corozo for their buttons

Whoa, nice. I wish I knew this existed before... I was recently trying to find plastic-free clothes on Amazon and learned that it was nearly impossible.
