I've been terminally online every since it became technically feasible in my area (14400 baud modem anyone?). Lately I've decided to heal some of the brain damage caused by this through mental exercises and I wrote an article about those exercises. (qBASIC code included lol)

I started using a modem before the internet was available to me.... at less than 14400 bauds on BBSs.... CGA porn images? yes

I also ran a cable from my home to my neighbor to share files and play networked games... it was less than 300ft
