Some of our jobs receive hundreds of applications within 1-2 days. This extension uses LLMs to review the resumes and provide brief summaries based on a custom prompt that a recruiter specifies. For example, asking about highest education level, specific skills, most recent 2 jobs, etc. The goal is to get a glance of every resume and make sure promising candidates are not missed.
The extension currently works out-of-the-box on popular ATS websites: Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Workable, Breezy.
