I sympathize with the author here and I hope he wins. I am sire they will settle before anything but it is a start. Amazon is a bitch. Not only books but they have killed small entrepreneur dreams with Crapazon basics. I always check if I can buy it from the vendor directly.

This, alongside just-in-time printing, is why I've not bought a single book from amazon in my entire life. Do society a favour and support a smaller, independent bookstore.

I buy power tools tools quite regularly and it is almost impossible to find anything decent amongst the utter garbage with made up names. Some of these things are death traps and Amazon does not seem to give a crap.
