Ask HN: Self-Service Customer Information System for Financial Services Firm?

I work at a company that provides financial and tax-related services, including company registration, annual audits, and tax declarations. Our current process for collecting and updating customer information is manual and time-consuming: we communicate via WeChat, and then manually update data in Shimo docs. This not only lowers our efficiency but also increases our manpower costs significantly.

We are looking to transition to a more automated system where clients can log in to a platform, update their information through a form, and submit service requests directly. For instance, if a client needs an annual review, they should be able to log into their control panel, submit the relevant form and payment, and have our team receive the updated information immediately without manual input.

However, my expertise is in finance, not in software development, so I'm turning to the HN community for help:
