It is nice to see that his letter was probably written by himself; you'd think he'd have laundered it through a lawyer or PR agency, even if the sentiment was the same.
Open kitchens look great in pictures and when touring, but are quite annoying when you have children running around, or just want to be able to separate the activity from the noise.
They are great if you want to be in the room with the rest of your family while cooking or if you’re watching something on tv while cooking. I’ve never felt any desire to separate cooking from other activities going on in my house.
