Utilities must bear all the responsibility for the climate change we are collectively inducing.

Even better, the utilities can pass these costs onto oil and gas companies and make them pay a large portion, if not the whole thing. Ideal would be for some high-level execs to get lengthy prison sentences.

This just out today: State Farm moved out of CA and discontinued 720000 home policies.

Things are about to get(even more) interesting in CA.
