This company does ~2.2 Billion USD in revenue and Gross Profit of ~1.8 Billion USD on that. Mouth watering margins. A thing of beauty. Opex is high, but its mostly $1B on sales and marketing.
The play is probably going to be cut that marketing budget drasticly and piggy back on AdSense client base for growth. So job cuts would be forthcoming.
