There are tons of businesses which hate Google's reviews, and feel that some unreasonable customers have tarnished their reputation.
However, I have found time and time again that if your business is truly leaving customers happy, then the amount of positive reviews will outweigh the negative ones. It stands to reason that the businesses with good reviews must be doing something differently than the ones with bad ones.
