Why almost good Note app only iOS?

I'm looking for Multi-platform(Android to Web also Apple Eco-system) support Infinity canvas service.

But I think good infinity canvas service or app is support without Adnroid.

Yes, Android NDK is so difficult to develop, but why big comanies too?
