Are these outages because each service is simply a facade to chatGPT? Or is it cascading failures due to chatGPT outage and other systems unable to handle the spikes in usage? Or government mandated lockdown?
The article seems to (loosely?) imply that there's a connection between the outage and some sort of an internal employee protest, although I think it's incredibly shoddy journalism at best.
