Hasn't there been a net loss of population during this time period? You hear a lot about Californians moving to Texas, Oregon, and Idaho. If their population has decreased and they maintained the same number of jobs then that's a positive, correct?

I’ve been seeing people moving back to CA after moving out post-Covid. It’d be interesting to see those numbers.
