It’s going to be really interesting to see Meta and Apple battle out who can make an on-device model work better in their respective headsets and wearables.

I think you have it wrong. I’m thinking that meta will be a small llm provider and apple will license their llms.

No way that happens. Apple makes too much money from Google paying them and I’m sure if the DoJ case fails they’ll find a new way to milk Sundar.
