The FAQ in the above link:

> A court authorized the Notice to let you know about the proposed class action Settlement with the Defendants. If you received Notice by U.S. Mail or email, Clearview has identified you as an individual residing in the United States who is 18 years of age or older and whose facial image may be stored in the Biometric Database, and has a record of your address or email address.
