The key point being how many DO. Not, how it's done. This is also only half the story since MX is inbound, how many are willing to send is another question. (If you host your own Mail, and only reliably have static IPv6 address, this matters since you will need these majors to be willing to send to you, DMARC/DKIM/SPF and reputation aside.
