yes, it sort of counter-intuitive, but at best it levels the playing field for many who have no idea about the inner challenges on the hiring side, who for some ungodly reason, throw out good resumes because they didn't see a keyword how they wanted. For now, we are helping candidates fix their resumes, while the flip side gets better.
we are also building tools for hiring teams where the hiring manager's requirements are captured accurately as well.
Resumes should not be a thing that prevents someone from getting a job, and we intend to fix that for now.
