What's the irony? I don't charge you a monthly subscription fee in order to read and reading more won't cost you more either.

Ads in things I pay for frustrate me a ton. Thankfully Slack's stuff doesn't re-pop very often. ClickUp, the tool I use at work, is terrible able this. I have to keep writing TamperMonkey scripts to clean up crap on that site (mostly AI ads).
