Again my friend read carefully: we both totally agree in “ghrelin levels determine hunger”.
what I’m saying, is that one of many reasons (some of them even not even related to the digestive tract, you can also google that) influence the leves of that hormone, one of them, happens to be the triggering of fat reserves, AND/OR there are another paths from which you also can feel the urge to eat when the body starts using reserves.
I say A implies B, B implies C therefore A implies C (or maybe A implies C directly).
Where A is “body uses reserves”, B “hormone rises“, C “feel hunger”. You say B implies C, therefore A does not imply C. You are rambling and not being able to follow basic logic. Sorry. I’m not moving any posts here. You want to show you are right, please illuminate me: show me a serious article where it clearly states that there is absolutely no relation between the body using fat reserves and the sense of hunger. That would be new for me, and I can forward that to the MD specialist in diets that told me wrong.
I’m not claiming I’m expert, I could be wrong, I cleared say “I know it from somebody I trust“. But telling me, that because some hormone has a role in it, what I say is false, is an absolutely trivial falacy.
