Might be a mix of supply chain and slow production of the Lyriq, theres what like only over 1000 for sale in the US.

Seems getting replacement parts without a warranty is a major problem for EVs

It's a bumper, not an EV battery. Although the bumper is probably full of miscellaneous sensors.
