There's plenty of 24/7 ragebait political news out there, and I feel powerless to help change the trajectory of our world.

How are you all managing stress, in regards to politics?

Stop following the news? My recipe for success for 10 years now and counting. The news is meant to elicit views, clicks, and emotional reactions. Why would you subject yourself to that on a regular basis, or at all?

I ignore it. Use filtering mechanisms if it occurs in places you don't want to ditch entirely (i.e. on HN I block certain key words and sites).

It's way too incomprehensible and corrosive for my mind otherwise.
