Bluesky: Advanced Bridge for Mastodon and Telegram (opens in new tab)

Thought the concept seems useful, since I use both the services and understand the painpoint, however the usecase isn't very clear. Does Bridge mean you can sync one on update of the other ? Is this open source or another commercial service ?
