Show HN: Using LLM to predict future trends and headlines before they happen (opens in new tab)

I remember a show growing up where the protagonist gets a newspaper a day early and uses the knowledge to prevent tragedies.

Forecast basically tries to emulate the functionality somewhat. The thesis is that there is enough knowledge baked in LLM that it will probably be able to predict the future.

Currently its a bring your own api key application (LLM api costs a lot of money). It currently only support integration with ChatGPT 4o, 4 turbo and 3.5-turbo, and Deepseek: deepseek-chat and deepseek-reasoner.

I'm working to add more LLM providers (hopefully Grok 3 API will be released soon).
