The funny thing about Huddles for me is that the video and sound quality are quite excellent, and obviously it's more convenient to start one ad-hoc than any other platform since it's a single click/Cmd-Shift-H, but the in-call UI is so needlessly frustrating. I think mainly because of how they chose to have it be in-window with the Slack app by default.
Honestly I know their designers would pout if told to do something so boring, but if I was their head of product I'd have them just loosely clone the basic Zoom window layout.
Also it needs the same integration with Google Calendar that Zoom has so that it could be added as seamlessly as possible to new meeting invites, that's critical for those of us in remote teams.
