Nice, I hypothesized a consequence of this, circling in on cooptation--enforced conformity--a few years ago. This confirms that the first stage is happening and successfully executed, although not necessarily on purpose or planned but in a self-organizing, biosynthetic, manner.
It's the only reason why I was worried about (pre-)opinioted weights and censored data sets.
