Hard to figure out if this was due to Musk or poor quality causing the cars to start failing. Still making payments on mine and it's in the shop for electrical failures to the tune of $3k. I think Musk is a tool, but not as big of one as I am for buying this car to begin with.
I'm still curious why these sorts of discussions never talk about the fact that leftist protestors firebombed dealerships across the US and attacked people driving the cars.
Do you really think people are going to want to drive a car and risk being attacked in the future? Especially ones with families?
Did this happen? And if so in what number. Dealerships got attacked and cars got vandalised, but are there any records of the people driving Teslas being physically attacked?
There have been reports of "road rage" like instances such as an elderly woman in Flagstaff AZ being assaulted for driving a Tesla. It's not clear cut in these cases what the motives were. However, there are many cases of destruction of personal property where the motives are crystal clear.
