I wanted to take this opportunity to share this recent law that passed within the State of Maryland USA that will likely irritate many a technology business owner in this ever evolving world of more and more tech. Good, bad, or indifferent it is now a law and in reading this several times as an impacted business owner I can certainly read in between the lines where the "grey areas" reside as subjective interpretation. Lawyers are likely going to be busy with this one as well.
