Interesting. Is the idea to have a community to invest in each other or jumpstart an ecosystem in China? Or is this meant for non native English speakers in the US? I wonder if other nationalities have their own equivalents.
I edited my post to be more explicit; it was started in 2010 by a Chinese indie dev (in China) and grew/evolved from there. Its target audience is mainly devs in China.
