I love Arc for the vertical sidebars and the spaces features. Zen browser is NOT the same. None of the other alternatives are the same. I hate the fact that Arc isn't open source, and it will now die. Am I the only one?

Zen browser is open source. You can fork it to add the feature you're missing from Arc.
