Snap publisher here, we're now holding a call for testing for potential regressions of this change. Please try it out on any Vulkan-enabled systems and report problems on the issue tracker.

Cool. I had to revert "vulkan: Replace deprecated VK_EXT_validation_features (llama/17637)" to get it to build on my system.
