Show HN: Skv – Repo‑local, deterministic dependency management for agent skills (opens in new tab)

I had this problem recently, where I wanted to grab a Claude Code skill from a GitHub repo, and add it to a few projects of mine. Also to reuse it in Codex CLI.

In this brave new world code is cheap, so I've created it. Let me know what do you think.
