This asks a lot from men, who typically haven't taken this opportunity to contribute. Now that women, gladly, have the choice to play other roles in society, it's time for men to step up and be supportive of their partners. Turn out, some of the unmarried women who don't want children know that doing both "career and kids" is impossible without a supporting partner, which is not the majority of men in Japan.
