Bomb out every single power plant they have and conduct IR recon missions to find out anything warm enough to indicate power plant cooling and bomb it - to make sure they have no power. No power also means no uranium enrichments, and no cities - population will have to leave cities, and organised society will fall apart.
They will probably be able to keep the strait closed simply because with it being that narrow and ships being big, even artillery is enough, but that's OK. Build pipelines to feed the oil to the world through different directions.

Don't accept any refugees and just wait. Eventually Iran will cease to exist because with no cities there is no centralised power and tribes will start falling off and take matters into their own hands. Negotiate with tribes. Just make it a policy that "Iran" in any meaning of it should cease to exist and only individual entities that split off it, can ever be recognised again. Make sure none of them practies Shia Islam and set it as a condition for recognition.
