Ask HN: What's your Heroku setup?

I'm getting ready to deploy my first Rails app and trying to decide where to deploy it too. I get the value of Heroku and others like it, but the $ difference seems to be steep.

I'm interested in how many dyno's and databases others are using and the stats of their app (traffic etc). This way I can have a better benchmark of what I can live with.

As a side question...do you have another recommended setup? Eg: EC2 deployed via Rubber.
