I checked out some books in Amazon but couldn't find any good one that I can read on Kindle. Readers usually complain about bad translations.

Do you have any recommendation? Are his books under copyrights? Isn't there any nice free website with good reading experience?

I don't know why you're trying to buy Confucius' books -- they're online and free, in multiple formats:
