Quite, but one of the reasons for not talking about a case is to not give the opposition any ammunition. It's best to just keep quiet until the case is over.

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.

Right; it's definitely a fine line to walk. I'm not sure what is the 'correct' strategy either; we'll have to wait and see.
