Ask HN: How do you collect feedbacks and bugs of your product from users?

Is there any product for that and management suite like Basecamp for product management?

And also do you have also test team? (Like Selenium or user group that testing every single browser)

I am really looking for some answers that been used in some big products that can scaleable in future.
