My SaaS plans (A, B and C) have been around for a while. To remain competitive, I want to double the specifications of each. I guess this will trigger many customers to downgrade to a cheaper plan. What strategies exist to minimize lost revenue? What downgrade ratios did you witness with your SaaS spec increase?
