The only thing I said was supplements are basically unregulated (theres a good chance your bottle of St Johns Wort is actually rice powder * ) and talk to your doctor before taking supplement and before stopping supplements abruptly. Trust me, antidepressant discontinuation syndrome is complete HELL.
