I just went to the Google homepage. This happened

I search for anything all day and I get a page such as this:

This works fine. I click on any of the black bar tabs and this happens

It's been happening to me all day on multiple machines in a few locations while being logged in/not logged in

Anyone having the same issue? It was happening to me occasionally last night but all day today
