Stackoverflow has a lot of this information but not in a structured way and the quality of answers vary widely.
My idea would be to make a central service, which is completely free, which people contribute to (based on guidelines) to make referencing everything that much easier

Why is it like this? It seems to me it is far more complex than it needs to be
BA/BS in CS or related field, or equivalent experience desirable. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.
That example is from Google Ireland.
So how much better than someone with a degree do you need to be? Or are most jobs out their based entirely off merit and not off a piece of paper?

It's been happening to me all day on multiple machines in a few locations while being logged in/not logged in
Anyone having the same issue? It was happening to me occasionally last night but all day today
